A) spend 10 min working on your goat ( exercise that your bad at, or needs work)

B) 4 x 5 reps of dead lifts no more than 60% of 1 rm

C) 7 min amrap

30 dead lifts 50/30 kg

20 lateral burpees over bar

30 S2OH 50/30 kg

20 lateral burpees over bar

if any time remaining max power cleans 50/30 kg

D) 2 x ME L sit rings

10 skin the cats
