A)  Strength  hang squat cleans take 15 min to work up to a heavy triple then repeat for 3 sets

B)  3 min Amrap

5 slam balls 9/6 kg,  10 kb swings 24/16 kg

rest 2 min then

5 slam balls 9/6 kg, 10 kb swings 24/16 kg, 15 hollow rocks

rest 2 min then

7 min amrap  

5 slam balls 9/6 kg, 10 kb swings 24/16 kg, 15 hollow rocks, 20 double unders
