A) Deload Strength 5-5-5 reps of Push Press @ 50-60-70% 1 rm 10 min allowed.

B) 5 rds for a time of

10 unbroken pull ups

15 unbroken push ups

20 unbroken box jps 24/20

25 unbroken wall balls 9/6

Scale as needed to complete the task. Catch every time you break 3 burpee penalty to be done at the end and added to your time.
