A) EMOTM for 6 min perform 2 full squat snatches, use a wgt that tests but no misses.

B) EMOTM for 10 min 100m sprint

C) 2 rds of 30′ isometric holds then max reps

handstand 30′ hold then max reps 30′ hspu

squat 30′ hold at bottom then max reps 30′ air squats

push up 30′ full lock out hold then max reps 30′ push ups

rest 60′ post total reps
