A) 15 min to find a 3 rm in Snatch. No letting go or regriping of bar for rd to count.

B) EMOTM for 8 min

3 power snatch’s 70 – 80% 1 rm

 1 OH squat

 3 push jerks

C)  EMOTM for 8 min

5 slam balls 20/13 kg

4 sit ups

3 push ups

run 60m

if fail to make it back in the min rest min out and restart at the top off the next min.
