A) 20 min Amrap in teams of two

teams will alternate the exercises except both run

10 push press 

10 kb swings 24/16 kg

10 box jps  24/20″

run 200 m

B) in same teams 4 min amrap climbing ladder

1 push up HR

1 sit up

2 push ups HR

2 sit ups

3 push ups 

3 sit ups

etc etc

keep climbing the ladder for 4 min with team members alt sets
