B) amrap 15 min

10 wall balls 9/6 kg

10 burpee

10 pull ups

20 wall balls 9/6 kg

10 burpee

10 pull ups

30 wall balls

10 burpee

10 pull ups

keep increasing the wall balls by 10 each rd untill the 15 min is up.
