All CrossFit classes run for one hour.

All lifting classes run for 1.5 hours.

9:30am is a family friendly class. Children are welcome at all classes.

Trial Sessions

  • We are always stoked to have new faces in the gym. To ensure our coaches can give you the attention you deserve on your first time, trial classes can be booked at the following times:

    • 6:30am - Weekdays

    • 9:30am - Weekdays

    • 5:30pm - Monday and Wednesday
