wElcome to Crossfit Dubbo

Our CFD community is like no other. Most of our members came for the fitness and stayed for the people.

Our gym is a safe space for everyone, regardless of your fitness level. We have all kinds of members from the absolute beginner to competitive athletes.

Our goal at Crossfit Dubbo is for our members to move well, improve their lifestyle and have fun while doing it.

Everything we do is modified to suit our members needs. So whether you have been training for years and your ready to level up your training, or you get puffed getting off the couch, you’re welcome here.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterised by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition.

The CrossFit program is:

Constantly varied: strategically varied, new workouts everyday. Simply put, you’ll never get bored.

Functional movement: These are the everyday movements that life demands. We learn to move well so we can live long, independent lives.

High intensity: working hard within your own physical and psychological capacity.

At Crossfit Dubbo the mechanics - consistency - intensity charter is paramount to our programming and coaching. Whilst intensity is what makes the CrossFit program so effective we first focus on mechanics to ensure the long term development of our athletes. That means, we ensure athletes are moving safely and effectively. Then our coaches ensure athletes can maintain that same technique consistently before we introduce intensity into the program.
