Kids and Teens Classes

Are you looking for a positive, engaging alternative for your child’s afternoon activities?

Our Kids & Teens classes are designed to strike the perfect balance between fun, structure, and discipline. In a supportive and inclusive environment, we help young people build confidence, resilience, and a genuine love for movement.

Each session is coached with intention, focusing on developing fundamental movement skills, coordination, and overall fitness. Our coaches keep things exciting and age appropriate. Beyond the physical benefits, we place a strong emphasis on teamwork, respect, and perseverance, helping kids grow both in and out of the gym.

Whether your child is new to fitness or already active in sport, our classes are tailored to meet them where they’re at and help them thrive.

  • $150 per child/per term

  • Monday: Teens (12+ years)

  • Wednesday: Kids (8-12 years)

  • Thursday: Kids (4-7 years)

Everyone’s journey is unique and getting started may look different for everyone. Generally members:

1. Give our coaches a call or email.

2. Arrange a time to meet with our team to chat about your health and goals.

3. Arrange your first 1:1 session or book in for your first class.

YOUR FIRST CROSSFIT SESSION IS ONLY $10.

(Locals only and not for specialised classes ie. weightlifting, gymnastics or introduction classes).
