CrossFit Teens

Ages 11–16 years

Join us every Monday and Wednesday afternoon from 3:45 - 4:30pm for fun, dynamic, age-appropriate CrossFit training.

  • Monday: Strength & Weightlifting Technique with Adrian "Red" Carey

  • Wednesday: Conditioning & Gymnastics with Katelyn Wilson

Cost: $300 per term or $20 per casual class
Schedule: Runs each school term, with a unique focus every term

CrossFit Kids

Ages 5-10 years

Join us every Thursday afternoon from 3:45-4:30pm for fun, age-appropriate CrossFit training. All CrossFit Kids sessions are lead by Katelyn Wilson.

Cost: $140 per term
Schedule: Runs each school term, with a unique focus every term

Meet our Coaches

Katelyn Wilson

Katelyn is a dedicated CrossFit coach and co-owner of CrossFit Dubbo alongside her husband, Thomas. With a Bachelor of Education and over 12 years of teaching experience, she brings a unique blend of educational expertise and athletic coaching to her classes. Katelyn is passionate about empowering young people to build strong physical and mental foundations that will benefit them for life. Her positive energy, supportive coaching style, and focus on long-term development make her a trusted mentor for teens both inside and outside the gym.

Adrian (Red) Carey

Red is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to weightlifting and strongman. He holds an AWF Level 2 coaching certification, is the head coach of Dubbo Barbell Club, and is also a highly regarded local physiotherapist. Red’s calm, fun, and easygoing demeanor makes him a favourite among athletes of all ages, creating a supportive and confidence-building environment for teens to develop their strength and technique.
